Acceptable Use Policy

The terms on which this website may be used, and the standards expected of anyone submitting an enquiry.

This policy sets out the terms on which this website may be used, and the standards expected of anyone who submits an enquiry, a quotation request or a bill of materials through it. It applies to every visitor, whether or not an enquiry is submitted.

1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site. This policy sits alongside our Terms & Condition and our Privacy Policy, which together govern the commercial and data protection aspects of any engagement.

2. Permitted use

This site exists to describe our capabilities and to allow organisations to submit a genuine requirement for enterprise infrastructure, private data storage, technology hardware, procurement or delivery. You may browse the site, read and print pages for your own business evaluation, and submit an enquiry relating to a real requirement.

3. Prohibited activity

You must not use this site to do any of the following:

  • Submit false, misleading or impersonated identity, company or contact information.
  • Submit an enquiry that does not relate to a genuine requirement, including competitor price harvesting under a false identity.
  • Send unsolicited commercial messages, advertising or recruitment approaches through our enquiry forms.
  • Upload any file containing malware, ransomware, exploit code or any other harmful component.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, its database, its administrative interfaces or any connected system.
  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site or its infrastructure, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, except under the reporting route described below.
  • Use any automated system to scrape, harvest, mirror or systematically extract content from the site.
  • Impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure, including any denial of service attempt.
  • Use the site or any content taken from it in a way that infringes our rights or those of a third party.
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable export control or sanctions regulation.

4. Enquiries, quotation requests and bills of materials

Information submitted through our forms should be accurate and complete. Quotations are prepared from the specification, quantity, destination and timeline you provide, so an inaccurate submission produces an inaccurate quotation and wastes time on both sides.

An enquiry submitted through this site is a request. It does not create a contract, does not reserve stock or allocation, and does not commit either party to anything. A binding order arises only through the quotation and acceptance process described in our Terms & Condition.

5. File uploads

Where the site allows a specification document to be attached, only the file types and the size limit stated on the form may be uploaded. Do not upload anything you are not authorised to share, and do not include personal data, credentials, network diagrams or security-sensitive material that the quotation does not require.

We may refuse, quarantine or delete any uploaded file that is outside the accepted types, exceeds the stated size, appears to be harmful, or is not relevant to a genuine enquiry.

6. Content and intellectual property

All text, layout, graphics, structure and code on this site are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and related rights. You may not copy, republish, redistribute or adapt any part of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Product names, trademarks and brand names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site is for identification and descriptive purposes only and does not imply any endorsement of, or affiliation with, iVerified.

7. End use of equipment supplied

Certain categories of computing and infrastructure hardware are subject to export control and sanctions regulation. Enquiries and orders are accepted on the basis that the goods will not be re-exported, transferred or diverted in breach of any applicable regulation, and that any end-use or end-user information we request will be provided accurately.

We may decline an enquiry or cancel an order where these requirements cannot be met.

8. Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this website, please report it to us in writing before disclosing it anywhere else, and give us a reasonable opportunity to respond. Please do not access, modify or delete data belonging to anyone else, degrade the service for other users, or use an automated tool that generates significant traffic.

A report made in good faith along these lines is welcomed and will be treated as such.

9. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the site available and its content current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the site may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Content on this site is provided for general information about our capabilities. Specification, availability, lead time and price for any specific requirement are confirmed only in a written quotation issued for that requirement.

10. Links to other sites

Where this site links to a third-party website, that link is provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from their use.

11. Enforcement

We may block access, refuse or delete a submission, and where appropriate report a matter to the relevant authority, where we consider this policy has been breached. Where a breach causes us loss, we reserve the right to recover it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force, and the date shown at the foot of this page indicates when it was last revised.

13. Contact

Questions about this policy, and security reports, can be sent through the contact details published on our Contact page.
